Sphinx is an exterior upgrade redevelopment that transforms a previously unremarkable 1960s era concrete framed building into a reinvigorated gem located at the heart of one of Saskatchewan's bustling commercial corridors. The project features several significant improvements, including a new entry concept and convenient access to parking that has been thoughtfully linked to the side of the building. Street-level retail and restaurant uses make this an energetic building for its users and visitors.
